Position: Trade Merchandiser (2 openings)

Salary: RMB 3,000/month + commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the full order follow‑up and tracking process.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, and coordinate production and delivery schedules.
• Handle order‑related documents and organize supporting records.

Requirements:

Under 45 years of age.

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Previous experience in a similar merchandising role is preferred.

Position: Foreign Trade Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Develop and execute individual work plans and sales targets.
• Follow up on company‑assigned inquiries: process, record, respond to, and track them; promptly handle and reply to customers' order requirements and questions.
• Independently prospect and develop new customers through overseas social media platforms; maintain and follow up with existing clients, ensuring good communication and coordination.
• Place orders in a timely manner; assist the order department in tracking order placement, production monitoring, quality inspection, shipping, and after‑sales service.
• Perform other related operational tasks, and maintain proper filing of orders and customer records.

Requirements:

• Education: College degree or above, with good English reading and writing skills (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
• Familiar with the Internet; able to communicate effectively with foreign clients via email and various chat/messaging tools; proficient in using common office and business software.
• Strong business development ability and business negotiation skills; possess a proactive work ethic and a strong sense of teamwork.
• Maintain a positive and upward attitude, with solid professional integrity; work diligently and responsibly. Experience in hair products is preferred.
